THERAPY
for the
neurodivergent
for children, adolescents, adults & families
You might be looking for therapy if you're:
An autistic adult navigating burnout, late diagnosis, identity, or relationships.
A parent of a neurodivergent child or teen struggling with emotion regulation, transitions, or feeling like they don't fit.
A family that loves each other and keeps getting stuck.
An adult carrying trauma — childhood, complex, or the quieter kind that's hard to name.
Someone who has been in therapy before and felt like something was missing.
A neurodivergent person who is tired of explaining yourself to therapists who don't quite get it.
You don't have to come in already knowing what you need. You just have to be willing to start.
Therapy here isn't just talking.
It can be — and for many people, good conversation is exactly what's needed. But it can also look like play, movement, sandtray, art, role-play, or sitting quietly together while something in the nervous system begins to shift. What it always looks like is this: you are the expert on your own experience. My job is to offer a relationship that is safe enough to explore it. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 80 minutes for couples and families (recommended).

WHAT I WORK WITH

Yes — I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 80 minutes for couples and families.
-
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation. It's a chance to share what's bringing you in, ask questions, and get a feel for whether it's a good fit. There's no pressure or obligation — just a conversation.
-
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are 80 minutes (recommended). Current fees and information about insurance and sliding scale are listed on the Rates page.
-
Both. I see clients in person at my office in Placerville, CA (681 Main Street, Suite 217), and via telehealth for clients throughout California and Oregon. We can figure out what works best for you.
-
You don't have to be certain. If something about the way I work resonates, or you've been thinking about therapy for a while — that's enough reason to reach out. A free consultation is a low-stakes way to find out. And if I'm not the right fit, I'm happy to help you find someone who is.
