Registered Play Therapist.

Neurodivergence Specialist

Hello beautiful human(s)!

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve to be genuinely understood — not managed, not redirected, not quietly shaped into something more convenient. That belief has only deepened the longer I've been doing this work, and it's what led me to build a practice focused entirely on neurodivergent care.

I’m E, an Autistic, ADHD LMFT. I specialize in neuroaffirmative care for the neurodivergent. I offer a safe and understanding space for humans whose experience is shaped by neurodivergence; whether that’s autism, AHDH, PTSD, OCD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Tourette’s, or sensory processing disorder. I know what it is like to live a neurodivergent life in a neurotypical society, and I know what it’s like to parent a neurodivergent child in a system that doesn’t understand them.

For too long, care for neurodivergent humans has assumed that they are not emotional or thinking beings; but rather a collection of behaviors in need of changing. At Every Body Heals Therapy, I trust you completely to know what you want to change. If you’re not sure, we’ll work together to figure out how you can live your life in a way that is most authentically and joyfully yours. It’s my privilege to walk alongside of you as we explore what that looks like.

I earned my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2019, and I became licensed after an associateship at the Pacific Counseling and Trauma Center in March of 2021. I am a Registered Play Therapist and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist. Prior to my career as a therapist, I worked as a middle, high school and college English and Reading educator and teacher coach for over a decade.

Our capacity for growth, self-understanding, and flourishing is not something imposed from without, but rather something that unfolds from within when the conditions are right.

Those conditions, in my experience, are authenticity, relationship, and safety.
